Professor Dr. Naseef Jassim Mohammed, Dean of the College of Education / Al-Qaim, chaired the meeting of the College Council in its seventh open session (first section) for the academic year 2025–2026, in the presence of the esteemed council members.

At the beginning of the session, the Dean welcomed the council members and reviewed the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the directives of the President of the University of Anbar.

The Council discussed several topics listed on its agenda, most notably:

• Following up on the final examinations for all study stages (undergraduate and postgraduate).
• Monitoring the work of the examination committees to ensure that examinations proceed according to the approved procedures and instructions.
• Emphasizing that the College Council remains in continuous open session throughout the examination period to keep pace with developments and meet all requirements.
• Following up on the work of the program accreditation committees and the achieved completion rates, due to their importance in enhancing the quality of institutional performance.
• Monitoring the implementation of the digital strategic plan, digital transformation process, and automation.
