The Efficiency of Examination Committees and Their Ability to Manage Examinations Successfully

The Dean of the College of Education / Al-Qaim, Professor Dr. Nasif Jassim Mohammed, held an expanded meeting with the examination committees on Sunday, May 3, 2026, prior to the commencement of the final examinations for the academic year 2025–2026 (Second Semester – First Round) for students above the first stage, in the presence of the members of the concerned committees.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of this critical stage in the academic process, stressing the need for joint efforts to ensure the success of the examination process in a manner that guarantees fairness and transparency among students.

He also stressed the importance of adhering to the ministerial instructions and regulations related to examination management and providing a suitable environment that helps students take their examinations smoothly and confidently.

The meeting discussed several key topics, including the mechanism for distributing invigilators and students among the examination halls, ensuring the readiness of examination questions in terms of accuracy and comprehensiveness, as well as emphasizing adherence to the scheduled examination times.

The Dean also directed the committees to provide the necessary support within the legal frameworks, while praising the efforts exerted by the examination committees in preparing for this important stage.
