University Psychological Counseling Unit
The University Psychological Counseling Unit is a service and educational unit that aims to provide psychological, social, and academic support to students, helping them adapt to the university environment and achieve the best level of stability and academic performance. The unit works to receive students who face psychological difficulties, stress, academic challenges, or social problems, and provides appropriate counseling through confidential individual sessions, as well as group awareness sessions aimed at building self-confidence, enhancing communication skills, and developing problem-solving abilities. The unit also organizes lectures and educational workshops focused on mental health and university life skills. In addition, it follows up on cases that require specialized support in coordination with relevant departments within the college, with the goal of creating a healthy and supportive university environment for students.
