Human Resources Division
The Human Resources Department is considered one of the essential departments within the institution, as it is responsible for managing and organizing personnel affairs for both academic staff and employees. This ensures the smooth running of work and the implementation of approved administrative laws and regulations. It also contributes to developing human resources and enhancing their efficiency in line with the institution’s objectives. The department consists of the following units: 1. Personnel and Academic Staff Affairs Unit 2. Employment Unit 3. Files and Data Unit 4. Retirement Unit
This unit is responsible for following up all administrative matters related to employees and academic staff, such as appointments, promotions, allowances, leave, commencement of duty, transfers, assignments, and updating employment records. It also ensures the application of civil service laws and regulations.
This unit handles recruitment procedures and attracting qualified personnel by announcing job vacancies, receiving applications, organizing interviews, and completing appointment procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
This unit is responsible for organizing and maintaining personal files of employees and academic staff, archiving official documents both manually and electronically, updating databases, and ensuring their accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility when needed.
This unit is responsible for following up on retirement procedures for employees and academic staff, starting from preparing the retirement file to completing all procedures for retirement in coordination with relevant authorities. It also provides guidance to staff regarding their retirement rights and entitlements.
