Financial Affairs Division

 

The Financial Affairs Department is one of the key administrative units in the college responsible for managing and organizing all financial operations in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions. It ensures the proper execution of financial procedures to support the smooth functioning of both the morning and evening study programs.

The department is responsible for preparing and monitoring the college budget, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to meet the needs of various departments and units.

The Financial Affairs Department consists of the following units:

  • Payroll Unit: Responsible for preparing and disbursing salaries of staff and academic members, as well as managing deductions, allowances, and other financial entitlements.
  • Expenditure Unit: Handles the processing and regulation of all operational expenses and administrative payments in accordance with approved financial procedures.
  • Cashier Unit (Fund Unit): Manages daily cash transactions, receives and records revenues, and oversees advances and cash payments within the college.

Overall, the department plays a vital role in maintaining financial discipline and supporting the academic and administrative activities of the college, including both morning and evening study systems.
