Financial Affairs Division

The Financial Affairs Department is one of the key administrative units in the college responsible for managing and organizing all financial operations in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions. The Financial Affairs Department consists of the following units:

• Payroll Unit: Responsible for preparing and disbursing salaries of staff and academic members, as well as managing deductions, allowances, and other financial entitlements.
• Expenditure Unit: Handles the processing and regulation of all operational expenses and administrative payments in accordance with approved financial procedures.
• Cashier Unit (Fund Unit): Manages daily cash transactions, receives and records revenues, and oversees advances and cash payments within the college.
