Library Division

The Library Department is an administrative unit within the college responsible for organizing, managing, and providing access to educational and scientific resources such as books, references, and journals. It plays an important role in supporting the academic process by facilitating access to reliable information for students and academic staff.

The department is composed of two main units:

1. Cataloguing Unit:
   This unit is responsible for classifying, indexing, and organizing library materials, as well as entering their details into the library system to ensure easy and efficient retrieval.
2. Loans Unit (Borrowing Unit):
   This unit manages the borrowing and returning of books, monitors circulation records, and ensures the proper handling and preservation of library resources.
